it's almost over - and we're ONE episode away from epi11 (grrrrr! ll cool j) ... so for pr5air peeps - get your picks in for epi10. below ...

• WANNA SWITCH-OUT **ANY** of your FINAL 3? you can, however, your points will be adjusted. (see below for epi10 adjustment options)
• maximum points? (this means you choose NOT to pursue ADJUSTMENT OPTIONS for your final 3)
  
• for shades and t&c ... 5.0 points
• for all others ... 4.5 points
  

epi10- point system ... here's the deal. the traditional point system remains

• 3 points [=] predict correct winner **AND** loser
• 1 point [=] predict correct winner **ONLY**
• 1 point [=] predict correct loser **ONLY**
  

and now because of the whole "final 3" debacle ... here are the bonus point opportunities -

• 2 points (only for shades and t&c) [=] **ALL 3** of your "final 3" are still standing. in other words, you do not have the loser in your ORIGINAL final 3 and you do NOT adjust your final 3.
  
• 1.5 points (all others except shades and t&c) [=] your ORIGINAL ADJUSTED final 3 are still standing. in other words, you make no adjustments.
  
• 1.0 point (for everyone) [=] whatever your NEW 3 (adjusted) picks are, if they are still standing, you get a point.
  

and now for ADJUSTMENT OPTIONS ... most everyone who chose "final 3+1" picks scored the 0.50 extra bonus point. as a result, your "terri" votes have been replaced by your "+1" selection. keep these "original adjusted" and you have a possible 1.5 bonus points if they are still standing.

otherwise, not feeling confident about the remaining "original adjusted"? ... here are your ADJUSTMENT OPTIONS which will cost you points* ... but still - maybe it's worth it for the yet-to-be-determined-cheesy-prize (?).

[*CAVEAT: EXEMPT from deducting points ...
those with 6.00 points or less (i.e., l.a.g., buzz, wcdbunny, tree, jenm) are exempt.
this is like bowling & golfing ... mid-stream "handicap" is being applied
to "normalize" the game a bit.
plus, the whole "WILD CARD" idea is too much for me to think through.]

• -0.50 point [=] if you change out your "+1", you must deduct 0.50 point.
• -0.25 point (each) [=] for the remaining two of your final/new 3, you must deduct 0.25 point for each change out.

so this means that the following pr5air peeps - fashionista, commish, su/sd, sactofloyd, cobra aki, ponytail ... as may shades and t&c - may want to take advantage of the adjustment options, albeit, by paying a "price" - up to 0.75 points if you change out all three of your "original adjusted" ... get it? so as an example, if you do make a wholesale adjustment of all "original three" - that is MINUS 0.75 points ... HOWEVER, you may gain 1.0 points for your NEW 3, or a NET GAIN of 0.25 points.

why consider adjusting? ... ALL 6 REMAINING DESIGNERS showed a 10-piece collection at fashion week.
