. plato verde con huevos (sweet corn tamales, eggs over-medium and covered in roasted tomatillo sauce) - it is served at a restaurant (the mission, in san diego, california) where i liked to go to breakfast.

. take a city walk (check out architecture, history, window-shop, book store browsing, vintage clothes stores, cafés, gardens, etc.) with a friend ... if given i have the $10 handy, maybe pick up some ice cream for the walk about town.

. not long at all. i can get into relaxation mode pretty quickly. i'd say easily within 5-10 minutes.
