what i've learned ... pt. 3

• passport photos ... can be taken at select AAA locations
• my bank ... STILL ROCKS! and MK is AWESOME!
  
• waiting in lobby ... at the local police department - totally unexpected (!), where there was actually a "line" at ~ 3:30pm of the ~70K+ population city i live in
• renewal expediting passport fee ... is $190 + change, so i can receive my passport in ~ 2-3 weeks (uh-huh)
• cream currant scone ... STILL available at ~ 5:45pm at peet's and has the following nutritional value: 141 grams (serving), 590 calories, 300 calories (from fat), 34 g (total fat), 20 g (saturated fat), 0 g (trans fat), 140 mg (cholesterol), 580 mg (sodium), 62 g (total carbs), 2 g (fiber), 18 g (sugar), 8 g (protein), 15% (vitamin A), 2% (vitamin C), 8% (calcium), 20% (iron) ... hmmm? perhaps i'll stop the weekend intake of this tasty treat
• memory didn't fail me, and the shitheads took 2 wallets ... tho' it was a little later than i anticipated. i turned in my property loss report on thursday after two days of checking out each room in my house for items taken. friday morn, i was talking to a friend about my random emotional progress on the burglary thing + my passport photo experience. FLASH! i realized 2 wallets were missing from the dresser where my jewelry was strewn around - one wallet on top of the dresser & other wallet in the dresser's top drawer. why do i know this? because last month, i went searching for a credit card and figured i'd find it in my other wallets. PLUS, i figured it was like shopping for new wallets again - so i'd switch out wallets for the 'fall season' (or something like that).
• no more gas (and whatever other goods) for the shitheads ... at least one credit card in the wallets was used to purchase gas at two gas stations; the third attempt (all in the same day) had the fraud alert. nix on the credit card use.
