what i've learned ... pt.2

... continuing from here

• payroll ... customer service was pleasant yesterday morn. i still must process payroll, and thanks to the skinny-ass-punk-shithead(s), it's just a bit more inconvenient this month, so i can't process it until LATER.
• bank ... STILL ROCKS! mk at the bank is patient, helpful and cheerful.
  
• creditors' alerts ... that are set up via the web are quite different, with some being relatively straightforward/intuitive and others a web of intrigue
  
• passport ... survived, but must renew soon and take photos tomorrow
  
• friends ... that i have are great listeners and supportive, and several also have been burglarized and/0r experienced identity theft
• my filing system ... albeit seemingly involved (e.g., color, tab placement, subject matter, piles), works well enough because i found THE serial number i really needed
• when it's hot weather ... use the fans in the house because i don't have a/c
• emotions ... that i've gone through are numerous, and i am not pleased about my feelings when coming home, so i'll be dealing with that
• laptop (pc) ... was taken and there appears to be at least one other item taken; with just these 2 items alone, my to-do list continues to grow unexpectedly
  
• vendors ... have to be notified because sensitive information was on laptop, so i hope the skinny-ass-punk-shithead(s) are found with the laptop and get felony possession of stolen property
• sage ... will be purchased for the smudging that will occur

... and though i am seemingly more calm (thanks lb & gd for hanging and helping out yesterday! and thanks jg for your thoughtful call!), because perhaps i realize that i just have to deal with it, i definitely am not the happy camper i was on monday before my day was shat upon.
