what i've learned ... pt.1

...so far since the unpleasantness of monday:

• tgif ... is opened until 12:AM on mondays; the bartender was not familiar with my order - grey goose gimlet up. yesterday, i was glad to be living close to tgif a full bar
  
• wal-mart ... just down the road from me is open 24-hours; there were no window locks sold in that wal-mart
  
• local police department ... has at least one SUV
  
• credit bureau ... calling is pretty much a straightforward effort; just call - oh! and get current reports and place a security/fraud alert (pronto)
  
• older lady ... i have become that older lady that looks out her window during the day, sneaking peeks at potential interlopers
• where i bank ... ROCKS!!! i continue to **love** the service i get from my bank, but frankly, i'd like not to make changing accounts a habit, thank you very much.
  
• forms ... must be filled out for credit bureaus, insurance claims, bank account changes, and a variety of on-line stuff - oh! and let's not forget the "citizen's report of property loss"(!!!) form
  
• black ink ... is the preferred pen of choice
  
• ranting ... is healthy, and in turn, friends point you to funny sh** to perk up a sucky day.
• more "to do" than i thought ... just when i thought i may almost be "done" with the major stuff to do, there are other major AND minor things that crop up
• text messaging ... is great! i can txt sht that i wudnt nrmly say in pblc! (y'know, at the bank, insurance place, post office, etc.)
• identity theft (actual or potential) ... sucks
• comfort food ... has its place for the moment, and then it takes revenge

.. and so far, i have quite the DISDAIN (which is as polite as i will post) for the skinny-ass-punk-shithead(s) that has/have interrupted a rather busy time in my life. sure the world doesn't revolve around me, BUT i sure as hell didn't want the world to revolve around your skinny-ass-punk-shithead(s) actions.
