still counting down after several days ago. have jury duty on 11/04 (if we get called in), so the 11/04 will be a good civic day. for today's quick reminder about voting and stuff, a few lite and not-so-lite tidbits at crunchy chicken, mudflats, reminder about the supreme court peeps, and no on prop 8.

now - gotta pack for mini-vacation ... seeing d.sedaris tonight and heading to boston for weekend+ trip.
