remiss ... let's get back on track, missy!
remiss, i have been ... admittedly, quite remiss.
how long has it been? ... it has been nearly two months without any meaty (and/or dorky) posts. in fact, i'd say the last real post was this, and even that post was with quite a bit of angst, as evidenced by the post. this means it really has been more than 2 months.
what happened? ... dunno, really. perhaps i fell into a bit of a rut? i'm thinking that's it. it's been quite the holiday transition. and as of mid-/late-march, i hit the 6-month mark working for d'man, since my first day at work (which coincided with this historic (?) event), after i accepted-ish the position. (i relive the many pre-1st-day-of-work extravaganza (with forms-galore) here.) and i haven't quite got back into the level of activities as i had last year. been working on it, though.
what am i gonna do 'bout it? ... i have given this some thought this morning. here are a few tidbits that i just started ...
- step 1 - frakin' post to m'blog! yes, of the 5 readers of this blog (who are neither coerced nor bribed to read this blog), you frakin' know what is coming up this week! so going to be in front of a t.v. screen friday night! there will be no less than 2 posts per week (and even THAT is weak!).
- step 2 - read my friends' blogs and others i miss! joanne and billn's home and b100 escapades, as well as spinning girl (who i admire from afar!) and other random blogs on my wists. i get inspired, y'know.
- step 3 - energy and exercise! step up yoga, and get cardio going again to get back to kickboxing. not at all in cardio shape needed.
- step 4 - prepare and cook food! it's not enough to warm up leftovers and add stuff to leftovers. it's also not enough to sauce-up pasta. hence, weekly farmers market visits.
- step 5 - reconnect with moi! it's a bit woo-woo, i guess, but i gots me angst. gotta write a bit about relo angst and regroup on this, f'shizzle!

Shirlsd! Welcome back! Oh how I have missed your wit and wisdom. Please don't disappear for so long again.
What about all the PR tributes?
And I hear you have a new talking TG bobble?
We love the shirsld and welcome her return to the sphere-of-blogging.
Post suggestion: What does the modern suburb-dweller/city-worker have to do each day to transport themselves to work and back? What are some of the tradeoffs (time, convienence, cost, environemtnatl impact?).
