ReLo'd to BA from SD

in late 2006, relocated my angst, business, and social life to NoCal from SoCal ... just a 40-something chick in the 'burbs of the SF bay area who randomly posts about random topics ... the occasional quirky stories of dating (or not) at 40-ish, work-week cubeopolis frivolity, rambling musings on nostalgika, and the occasional introspective moments in life.(thanks for visiting! >p, b)

i'm prepared (finally!) not to stash cash!
decals? - check.
car registered in the bay area? - check.
transponder?

totally!

[... the deal is - "FasTrak® ... A FasTrak® toll tag for hybrids is necessary for vehicles registered in the Bay Area. While solo hybrid drivers can take advantage of designated carpool-only lanes on those bridges that have them – the Bay Bridge, San Mateo-Hayward Bridge, Carquinez Bridge, and Dumbarton Bridge passage is not free, as it is for carpoolers and drivers of alternative fuel vehicles. Drivers of single-occupancy hybrid vehicles still must pay tolls when crossing these bridges – and all other toll bridges. On these bridges though, tolls can only be paid electronically by means of the special new hybrid FasTrak® toll tag. ... Because any eligible hybrid vehicle may use the carpool-only lanes on these bridges, all hybrids must be outfitted with these special devices. So, even hybrid drivers who do not regularly commute across a toll bridge must sign up for FasTrak® to use the carpool lanes."]

Wow, that is a complicated way to travel. What happens if you drive a hybrid vehicle, in the carpool lane, on the Mateo-Hayward Bridge and you have passengers?

A solo driver travelling at 65 MPH of a hybrid car leaves her house in Dumbarton and takes the Carquinez Bridge. At the same time a driver of a hydrogen fueled car leave his house in Hayward at 75 KPH. Who does FasTrak chare more? Who cares?

my question to bill n. ... is the guy in the H2 fuel cell car a single, non-smoking, employed, heterosexual male that doesn't get his hair cut by his mother (or mother figure)?

Let's shorten the question to answer the question:

...in H2 fuel cell car...

The question is not answerable , since like Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, there is no real H2 car.

Let's imagine he's straight, lives apart from his mother (although he remembers her birthday and sends a card each year), has a pet dog named Duke (but not after Duke Cunningham or the Hazard County family), owns a a chemical waste-to-biofuel plant and loves women named Shirley who's age is a prime number. I hope that helps to give hope, if that is what the dangerous beauty wants.
