cCacao+ clan: day 7 evening

last login ... logged in yesterday twice over here for part i and part ii with ending stats at 3 clickety-clack:20 tbd.

day 7 evening ... well, i got 8 more matches since yesterday. and i'm starting out my evening at 4 clickety clack:24 tbd (and 31 closed, which means a total of 59 matches to date) have 1 new clickety-clack and 3 people closed me out. the reasons cited besides other include ... i'm pursuing another relationship ... i want to pursue other matches. (thank you for a non-"other" statement.)

short break, sponsored by sacto floyd ... a couple of posts ago (over here) on day 4, sacto floyd commented as follows:

opposite evening ... i called sacto floyd to thank him for his comment. then we got to talking. and what seinfeld t.v. episode do you think we talked about? yup! the opposite - the episode which includes the following george costanza lines:

"Yeah. No, no, no, wait a minute, I always have tuna on toast. Nothing's ever worked out for me with tuna on toast. I want the complete opposite of on toast. Chicken salad, on rye, untoasted ... and a cup of tea."

tomorrow shall be opposite day ... i'm going to start communications with people i might otherwise close out (although lean profiles excluded).

today shall be business as usual ... for this evening, i'll go with what i'd normally do because i pooped out yesterday. (and i'm pressing the find new matches, just to see if anyone else is added - nada.) here goes. and now for day 7 evening ...

hold the presses! not more than 15 minutes later ... as i was cleaning up the content of my profile before logging off, 1 of the additional 4 with whom i initiated communications these eve has closed me out.

other than other ... today is a cool day - such a variety of reasons for closing out profiles. in addition to the two mentioned earlier (i'm pursuing another relationship ... i want to pursue other matches), the recent closer-outer stated 2 reasons ... i am pursuing another relationship ... i am taking a break from dating.
