pr5air: some housekeeping

there is still time to join in!

as pr5air rolls out, here are some early-bird housekeeping items for both the bricks & mortar and virtual pr5air forecasting players.

e-mail notifications ... 3-4 e-mails will be sent as follows:

• mondays - reminder (by ~2 pm PST) to submit your "winner/loser" selections.
• wednesdays - courtesy reminder (by ~noon-ish PST) to slackers
  
• thursdays - results (by ~2 pm PST) of scores, along with the winner and loser folks.
  

blog-based info ... will include at least results, rules and ramblings

• unofficial results ... will be posted each thursday morning. this will include portions of the scorecard for overall status. monikers for each person will be used.
• corrections ... to the unofficial results will be posted by thursday 5 pm (PST).
• ramblings ... a bit self explanatory
  

scorecard ... is in ms excel format with a master scorecard worksheet and an episode worksheet for results of each episode. the master scorecard has the following features:

• SCORES - column 1 will have progressive scores
• SELECTIONS - respective episode selections
• RESULTS @ TOP - the winner & loser of episode
• DESIGNER STATUS @ BOTTOM - who has been "auf'd" and who is "still in"
• HYPERLINKS @ BOTTOM - designer bios via a hyperlink to Bravo's site
  
• HYPERLINKS @ TOP - episode summaries via a hyperlink to the Bravo's site.
  

the episode results will be in a table format with the history of previous episodes' predictions.

finalists & fan favorite ... selection for each as follows:

• finalists - select BEFORE episode 9. points to be determined by episode 5.
  
• fan favorite - select BEFORE episode 11. there will NO (zero) points assigned, however, a WILD CARD position will be given. this means a possible position for participating in the FINALE "project-runway-whatever-pseudo-trivia-game" thing (under production)
