oh - and if you have to explain what "BACT" stands for (and you know who you are and to whom needs to know it's not "backed") ...
- first - don't hire that person who has asked you what BACT refers ...
- second - simply say bravo-alpha-charlie-tango ... and

How about "oscar-papa-squared" or "oscar-two-papa" or "oscar-double-papa" or my particular favorite..."oscar-to-the-double-papa-isle"
