r|music: ... back then with emp

since the reminiscing of my #11-ness, i was immediately compelled to have lunch with a college buddy for nostalgia-speak. last friday, i had lunch with said college friend, who is affectionately known by some as esther-molester-polyester (emp). emp reminded me of my foolish youth,
(while i reminded her, as i often do, that she is always older than me). fortunately, she is a girlfriend's girlfriend - always supportive and necessarily devil's advocate when needed - so there are no off limit topics (generally speaking).

also, emp brought into my life new music/artists, and we shared several music interests. some tunes we used to listen, with these as a few faves ...

in addition to sharing music, many years ago, she and i worked at the same company ... sharing the awful sight of the occasional pocket pool by a co-worker. however, to take the edge off of that, half the fun was receiving the phone messages that emp would take.
